I am committed to providing a safe judgment-free atmosphere for you to feel heard and understood. It is my desire to help individuals use the strength within themselves to overcome obstacles and achieve personal goals. While participating in therapy I strive to help you
identify tools that will help you remain motivated and hopeful in order to live a full and satisfying life.
My professional experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with various populations in both individual and group settings. Populations I’ve supported include children and adolescents,
families, and the elderly. Some of the issues that I’ve helped people overcome include but are not limited to trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
Outside of providing therapy, I enjoy participating in activities that allow me to spend time with close family and friends. Some of the activities I enjoy are cooking, traveling, listening to music, and crafting.
