Rebecca is dedicated to helping individuals experience freedom from issues that hinder them from achieving balance and satisfaction in life. She has worked with clients presenting with a variety of symptoms including, but not limited to the following: adolescent development, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational difficulties, communication, anger management, self-injury, mood disorders, abuse, trauma, family and parenting as well as social skills development. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling, a Master’s Degree in Practical Ministries that focuses on family life studies and is independently licensed by the State of Ohio. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and crisis intervention as well as experience with training individuals in crisis intervention and training and supervising counselors working toward independent licensure. Rebecca works with individuals to identify barriers that prevent clients from achieving their goals. She also incorporates Christian faith based counseling into her practice for those individuals that desire to include faith in their counseling journey. Rebecca understands the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals to express and explore unresolved issues and learn how to deal effectively with them to accomplish personal goals.
